This is one of my judged entries for DDREx's "90's Mix" Tournament. I chose this song because you can't celebrate the 90's without thinking about the hoopla surrounding the impending new millenium. This song was simple to edit; it was cut only once.

I did have one minor annoyance occur during the stepchart creation process. I wanted the first flash of the targets to correspond to the song's first strong drum hit. When I initially tested the charts in play mode, I noticed that the first flash occurred two beats before the drum hit. So, I went through the process of adjusting the gap by two beats and altering all four charts so they would remain in tune to the music. But when I played the simfile in play mode again, the first flash was still two beats before the desired point. I even tried reloading all of the songs, and nothing changed. So, unfortunately, it would appear that we can't control when the first flash occurs.

Stepchart notes:

Beginner: The first verse is a single half note stream, with the rest of the chart, including the starting section, being a mix of half and whole notes. The countdown at the end of Verse 2 has a down arrow quarter note stream; a theme which will continue through the rest of the charts.

Light: Mostly quarter note streams, with the majority of the streams containing either three or five arrows.

Standard: Just the quarter and eigth notes that typically appear in Standard, with the eigth note streams usually containing only three arrows.

Heavy: Predominately eigth notes in groups of three or seven arrows. A few 16th's are present, as well as the occasional crossover. The last third of the first chorus was inspired by the beginning of Wonderland's Heavy chart.
